We have over 60,000 sq feet of covered area and use machines manufactured by leading companies to produce our products. Over the years we have also perfected our manufacturing techniques based on the gained insights in the field of baby nursing needs that are handled by us under hygienic conditions (independent of human touch) on state-of-the-art machines that reduces the chance of infection and prevents gathering of dust. Further, we also apply LIMS technique in manufacturing of baby nipples & use injected stretch blow moulding process for manufacturing baby.

For effective handling of the production operations, the company premises feature plant and machinery housed in well ventilated dust free environment that is used for accommodating the machines and equipment to use of advanced technological process that is designed and tailored for handling specialized methods of manufacturing of plastic polymer products in techno domain of production process.

Our Production Facility

Production Facility

A state-of-the-art facility, the manufacturing plant uses ISBM plastic manufacturing technology to produce high quality BPA free baby feeding bottles. The unit is also equipped with screen printing machines with a dust-free environment for bottle printing. All products are passed though a rigorous four stage quality check process which is instrumental in upholding our commitment to quality production.

Production Facility

Using cutting-edge German technology, our second unit produces high quality LSR nipples, soothers and customized LSR components with six in-house LSR molding machines. The machines are integrated with precision handling devices for greater process accuracy. The unit also houses the assembly and package area equipped with the latest production equipment for seamless manufacturing and assembly with minimal human intervention in a controlled environment.
